We respect your right to privacy. Because of this, any personal information that you provide to Psappha will not be sold or given to another organisation without your express permission.
Psappha endeavours to take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information that you give us. If you enter personal information onto our online registration form with the purpose of joining our e-mailing list, your data will be stored securely on password protected servers. Our current e-marketing platform is MailChimp but we reserve the right to review this from time to time. If you provide personal information via a paper contact form while attending one of our concerts or events, again with the purpose of joining our e-mailing list, we will store the detail you provide digitally (in password protected form) and the paper copy will be shredded.
Any other data that we hold – in connection with our audiences, Patrons, volunteers, and supporters – will be stored securely with password protection. We will hold only such information that is necessary and we will review the data that we hold annually.
Your data will only be used to enable us to contact you by email or post to provide you with news and information about Psappha and to promote Psappha events. We will never sell or pass on your details to a third party for marketing purposes without your permission. We may pass on your details to other arts organisations that we think may interest you, but only if you have expressly agreed that we can do so.
If you enter personal information onto our online application form with the purpose of applying to one of our schemes, your data will be stored securely on password protected servers.
Psappha is the sole owner of information collected via this website.
We do not process payments for our concerts through Psappha’s website, and no financial information is stored on our servers.
